Can I install a printer to a profile and not the entire list of profiles?

I am trying to install a printer onto one profile on a computer, there are specific printers that only some users should be allowed to use. Is there a viable way to accomplish this? The scenario is that a student user account and any user who is not staff should not see a printing press that has been installed.
